Our beef is raised right here on the farm. They graze on native grasses that are organically and sustainably grown. We do not use any chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides on our fields. During the winter they are fed hay with is locally sourced.
All feed on our farm is certified Organic.
Our beef is tender and well marbled and low in fat content.
