  • I am not in North Carolina can I still get a puppy from you?

    Yes! There are several different options for transporting puppies. That is how we got ours, If you are not able to make it out to our farm, we can work with you to arrange transportation. You can purchase puppy airfare, or use a car carrier service. We have done both options.

  • Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?

    All of our puppies are checked by a vet and will
    have PennHIP testing and copy of results.
    They will have a health guarantee against severe and fatal genetic defects. (excluding hip dysplasia due to PennHIP testing which will be completed at 16 weeks old) up through two years of age.
    The puppies will have age appropriate vaccines, and deworming.

  • At what age do puppies go home?

    The puppies will be available to go to their new homes afte 16 weeks of age, or 6 months depending on the new owners level of experience with dogs and livestock guardians in particular.

  • How big of a farm do I need for a LGD?

    We will consider sending our puppies to any size farm, as long as it is 1 acre or more. If you have a large farm you will want to consider more than one livestock guardian for full protection.

  • Do you have puppies available now?

    We currently have 9 puppies, 3 females and 6 males We just started taking deposits.

  • Are Maremmas good with children?

    Yes! We love that Maremmas are more family friendly than other livestock guardian breeds.
