Our beef is raised from birth until harvest right here on the farm. They crazy on native grasses that are organically and sustainably grown. We do not use any chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides on our fields. During the winter they are fed hay with is locally sourced.
Our beef is grass finished, it is tender and well marbled and low in fat content.
